Our HSE commitment

No job is worth an injury, a spill or harm to a community. Our management sets HSE objectives every year, gives crews the training and equipment to meet them, and reviews our performance against them.

Everyone on an Epenal vessel or site has the authority to stop work they believe is unsafe, without blame.

Our management systems follow the ISO standards that operators expect of their contractors.

    We plan, check and record our work so that every vessel, lease and project meets the agreed specification, and we act on client feedback and audit findings.

    We prevent pollution, manage fuel and waste responsibly, and plan dredging and shore works to limit their impact on waterways and communities.

  • Occupational health and safety

    We identify hazards before work starts, control them with permits, toolbox talks and the right equipment, and investigate every incident and near miss.
